# How do I log into my Bespoke Post account?

To log in to your account using your e-mail address, follow these steps:

1.  Hover over the user icon on the upper right corner of [**the website.**](https://www.bespokepost.com/the-club-room)
    
2.  Click **Sign In**
    
3.  A pop-up window will open.
    
    1.  Enter your email address and password.
        
4.  Click the **Sign In** button.

To sign in using Google or Facebook follow steps 1-2 above, then: 

1.  Click ‘Sign In With Google’ or ‘Sign In With Facebook’
    
2.  Follow the prompts to complete the sign in process. 
    

  

If you are experiencing issues signing in with Facebook or Google, try the following:

1.  Ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version. 
    
2.  Make sure your browser allows cookies.
    
3.  Clear your cache and browser settings.
