Not sure how to manage your Club Shipment? No sweat.

  

You'll always know exactly what’s coming in your shipment each month. As long as you're opted into receiving emails from us, we’ll notify you on the 1st of each month when your Club Shipment is ready - you can also sign up for SMS notifications [**here**](https://bespokepost.com/sms). We also send reminder emails and texts on the 4th of the month. You'll always have until the 5th of each month to review your Club Shipment before it locks in.

  

To swap items, or skip your Club Shipment altogether, simply [**log into your account**](https://support.bespokepost.com/en_us/how-do-i-log-into-my-bespoke-post-account-SJlz2pfh) between the 1st and the 5th and click the box icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. From there, click ‘Manage My Shipment.’

  

On the page that pops up, you’ll see all of the items included in your Club Shipment. Don’t like a particular item? No sweat! Just click the product image on the top of the screen. If you want to swap the item for something else, click Swap. Want to skip it altogether? Totally fine! Just click the trash can icon, and the item will be removed. 

  

Need to skip or swap your Club Shipment and the 5th has already passed? No judgement, things happen! While we can’t guarantee any changes can be made to your Club Shipment after the 5th has come and gone, we’ll do our best to make it right.
